This policy explains what personal information the service collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Necessary information of your account for authentication, like your email address and the account id your sign-in provider returns.
Details of subscription, download activities and other necessary information to enable features functioning on the website.
Card numbers never reach our servers.
Why we collect it
To create and secure your account, to deliver the service you asked for, to apply the limits of your plan, to take payment, and to keep the service working. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
We share only what each infrastructure needs to perform its function: Stripe, application hosting etc.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the service and its users.
How long we keep it
Caches are used to enable functions, and caches are deleted automatically within 24~48 hours.
Everything else connected to your account is kept while the account exists. When an account is deleted, its data, including sign-in details, usage counts, download jobs and lookup history, is deleted with it. The exceptions are records of your purchases and of the terms you agreed to; these records include your email address. We keep them to meet legal and accounting obligations and to answer payment disputes.
Deleting your information
To ask for deletion of your account and its data, email [email protected] from the address on the account. We action deletion requests manually, so allow a few working days.
Cookies
We set one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It is required for the service to work and is not used for advertising or analytics. We do not use third-party trackers.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. We do not track you across other websites, so there is no cross-site activity for the signal to switch off, and we do not change our behavior when we receive one.
Children
TokKeep is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Where a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
